The founder of Bisonte Development is Krzysztof Płaszczyca, who has been active on the Spanish construction market for over three decades. Years of experience have brought both professional successes and enabled a deeper understanding of Spanish culture and the establishment of dozens of professional relationships. Starting his career by working with construction companies, he took on the role of director and coordinator, learning detailed legal regulations to be able to guarantee the highest quality service and safety for his international clients. Over time, it became a bridge connecting Poland with Spain, helping to find dream properties and implement construction projects.

Experience and knowledge of the market motivated him to set up his own company, which opened up new opportunities for him in providing services on a larger scale. Running a commercial and construction business, he managed projects on several continents, directly employing over 2,500 employees. His company achieved exceptional success by becoming the first Spanish company to directly participate in the Ariane 5 space project, in cooperation with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the French National Center for Space Research (CNES).

His priority is an individual approach to each client, understanding their needs and expectations and then providing quality solutions regardless of the scale of the project. By placing emphasis on clear dialogue and responsible cost management, it creates solid foundations for successful cooperation, while guaranteeing safety based on many years of experience and attention to detail.
